![]() ![]() One reason for not deploying T6s here was the potential for blue-on-blue with them being mistaken for Syrian T-62's. PFG was essentially a counter-insurgency operation to deal with the PLO in Southern Lebanon until Syrian forces were encountered, when armoured engagements broke out. They were deployed during Op Peace For Galilee but it is uncertain if they saw any action. Only a couple of reserve units were ever equipped with the T6 and only for a very few years in the 80's.
